Obývací pokoj je expedíciou ľudskej predstavivosti do neprebádaného teritória nábytku. Odohráva sa medzi stenami jednej miestnosti, vo svete, ktorý existuje paralelne vedľa nášho. Každý predmet v ňom má vlastný charakter. Na pomedzí svetla a tmy, uprostred tichého škrípania drevených nôh a vŕzgania dverí, nábytok a ľudské telo sa stávajú plátnom, z ktorého sa vynárajú a zase strácajú fantastické figúry. Lukáš Karásek vo svojom projekte balansuje na hrane divadla masiek, tanca a cirkusu, a rozohráva vzrušujúcu hru plnú imaginácie a humoru.
